Microbes & Inoculants

What are microbes and inoculants?

Microbes and inoculants contain beneficial microorganisms that can be added to the growing medium or root zone as part of a soil or hydroponic management program. They are commonly used in organic gardening, living soil and container growing to support a biologically active root environment.

Many growers include microbial products alongside compost, organic fertilisers and soil amendments as part of a balanced approach to garden care.
