Position Details:

  • Job Title: Warehouse & Production Worker
  • Reporting To: Business Owner
  • Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM (No Weekend Work)
  • Location: Bellambi, NSW 2518

Responsibilities: As a Warehouse & Production Worker, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our retail and online teams by ensuring the efficient packaging, production, and inventory control of our range of DRGT products, including TurboDirt, Root Roids, GreenSpace, and MAB.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with sales and production management to ensure products are available and prepared for online orders and wholesale customers.
  • Handle physical tasks such as lifting 10-20kg weights regularly, prioritizing workplace safety at all times.
  • Engage in repetitive tasks like bagging & bottling products using specialized machinery, product labeling, and pallet stacking to meet quality standards for wholesale customers.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in our production and packaging areas with meticulous attention to detail.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Academic and Trade Qualifications: While no formal qualifications are required, candidates with diverse skillsets are encouraged to apply.
  • Work Experience: Warehouse and/or production experience is highly desirable.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Physical Fitness: Physically fit and capable of handling tasks that involve lifting and repetitive movements.
  • Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail due to our diverse product line.
  • Time Management: Punctual and effective time management skills.
  • Adaptability: Able to excel in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing tasks.
