Can I use Tribus on all plants and in any grow medium?

Yes. Tribus is compatible with most plants—vegetables, herbs, ornamentals, trees—and works well in soil, coco coir, and hydroponic systems.

Does Tribus replace my regular fertiliser or nutrient program?

No. Tribus isn’t a fertiliser and doesn’t contain NPK. It complements your existing nutrient plan by helping plants access and use nutrients more effectively.

When should I start using Tribus—and is it safe for all growth stages?

Start using Tribus as early as the seedling or clone stage and continue through veg and flower. It’s safe for all stages and helps roots develop early, which supports better growth later on.

How much Tribus should I use and how often?

The common rate is 0.13 mL per litre of water. Apply weekly, or with every watering at lower rates. It’s highly concentrated—more isn’t better, so stick to label guidance.

Yes. Tribus is known for improving transplant recovery and boosting resilience during heat, drought, or nutrient fluctuations by supporting healthy root systems.

Can Tribus help with nutrient lockout or pH problems?

It can reduce the risk of lockout by improving nutrient availability and buffering the root zone, but it won’t fix severe imbalances. Always correct core issues like pH swings or overfeeding.

Is Tribus compatible with mycorrhizae, enzymes, and other additives?

Yes—Tribus pairs well with most biological and nutrient inputs. Just avoid stacking sterilising agents (like hydrogen peroxide) at the same time, and don’t overload your mix with too many products at once.

Will Tribus clog my irrigation system or cause biofilm?

Tribus is marketed as clog-free, but good system hygiene is key. Dirty lines, stagnant solutions, and sugary additives left sitting too long are usually to blame for buildup.

How should I store Tribus and how long does it last?

Store Tribus sealed, cool, and out of direct sun. Avoid hot sheds and freezing. When stored properly, it remains viable for up to 18 months.
