Rockwool

What is Rockwool?

Rockwool is a widely used growing medium made from spun mineral fibres. It is commonly chosen for hydroponic systems, seed propagation and plant production because it provides physical support for roots while holding both water and air within the growing medium.

Available in cubes, blocks and slabs, Rockwool is suitable for use in a variety of hydroponic systems and can also be used for starting seeds and propagating cuttings before transplanting.
