My flowers never flower so much, my veggies are so much more flavorful and all my plants have vigorous growth rate which ive never seen before . My bio diversity increase at rapid rate and within my garden so resilient, it now takes control all unwanted pest.. Im very excited to empty my ute and trailer make the few hour south drive down Wollongong to visit the store and fill up ingredients for horticultural company to delivery my customers best products for their gardens. My recent order was delivered to the wrong address (at the fault of the courier) and I was given the run around by the courier company (not naming names...). After speaking to Scott and the team at Dr Greenthumbs, they sent out a replacement order within a couple of days. That's what I call customer service! I love the organic Go and Grow and Bud and Bloom fertilisers. I haven't been able to find anything that comes close to ticking the natural and organic box. Highly recommended.

Incredibly helpful and knowledgable people. You don't often get great customer service these days, so it's appreciated. This place is a real treasure for organic gardening supplies. I picked up some perlite in bulk here and it's really good value. I also got a bag of their 4 in 1 compost and although it's expensive compared to other brands, it's not full of c#@! — it literally looks like black gold and I can't wait to see the magic it does for my veggies.
