Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

What is Bio Diesel Super Natural and how does it benefit plants?

Bio Diesel Super Natural is an organic root-and-shoot stimulant made from sea algae extracts. It promotes explosive feeder root growth, stronger top structure, improved nutrient uptake, and faster recovery from stress—helping plants make better use of your base nutrients.

Can Bio Diesel Super Natural help with stress or transplant shock?

Yes—it's often used to support recovery after transplant, pruning, or environmental stress. It can also help improve sluggish growth, but if issues persist, check pH, root health, and oxygen levels to make sure your system is dialled in.

When and how long should I run Bio Diesel Super Natural?

Run it from early veg through mid-flower (typically week 3 for hydro, or mid-bloom in soil). Most growers stop using it as they switch to bloom-specific products. Stick to clean, consistent mixing to get the best results.

Which grow media is Bio Diesel Super Natural compatible with?

It works in soil, coco, hydro, LECA, DWC/RDWC, autopots, and drip systems. Just maintain clean reservoirs and avoid letting mixed solutions sit warm for too long, especially in organic or microbe-rich systems.

If you're running it in coco, our Bio Diesel coco feed schedule shows where Super Natural sits within the broader program.

What’s the right dose of Bio Diesel Super Natural for my plant size?

Use 0.25 mL/L for clones and seedlings, 0.5 mL/L for young plants, and 1.0 mL/L for larger plants over 50 cm tall. Always add it after your base nutrients and adjust based on plant response.

Can Bio Diesel Super Natural be used as a foliar spray?

Yes—it can be sprayed on its own or paired with Bio Diesel Aloevate. Avoid foliar sprays once flowers begin forming to reduce risk of moisture-related issues. Spray during lights-off or low light with good airflow.

How do I mix Bio Diesel Super Natural with nutrients safely?

Add it after your base nutrients: water → base nutrients → Super Natural → mix well → pH last. Don’t mix concentrates directly together. It’s compatible with Cal-Mag, silica, enzymes, and microbes—but avoid using it with sterilizers like hydrogen peroxide.

Will Bio Diesel Super Natural cause cloudy reservoirs or clogs?

Not when used properly, but organic additives can contribute to buildup if your res is dirty, warm, or low in oxygen. Keep tanks clean, shake before use, and store in a cool, dark place.

How fast does Bio Diesel Super Natural work, and what are signs it's helping?

Many growers notice faster perk, root growth, and recovery within a few days. Plants typically look more vigorous and uptake improves. If you see cloudy tanks or plants look overstimulated, reduce the dose and simplify your mix.

Is Bio Diesel Super Natural safe for edible or household plants?

Yes—just follow normal dosing. Avoid foliar spraying edible parts near harvest, and don’t keep indoor pots constantly wet. It’s suitable for outdoor, indoor, and edible gardening when used as directed.

What sizes are available, and which should I buy?

Available in 250 mL and 1 L bottles. Choose 250 mL for trials or small grows; go with 1 L if you’re using it across veg and early flower or managing multiple plants. It’s a good fit for growers running multiple cycles or larger systems.
